My town is situated in Moravia and in Silesia. About 60,000 inhabitants live here. They are two towns joined in one. Each of these towns has its square with a fountain. Frýdek-Místek is quite clean and nice town.

There are many parks, gardens and a lot of verdure. The Ostravice river runs through the both towns. We have got a lot of places for sport here. For example: sports stadiums, playgrounds, a hall, swimming pools. We have here one big cinema (it's called "the Cinema of Petr Bezruč") and a few small cinemas and a theatre.

The town transport is good here. The buses are new and clean. The railway station is nice, it has been reconstructed. But trains are dirty and slow. We have here the architectonic monuments, too. Frýdek castle, Maria's church, Hukvaldy castle - it's far from the centre of Frýdek-Místek. The weather in town is quite good. I am happy in this town.
