I live in Frýdek-Místek. Frýdek-Místek is not a big city. It lies in the north of Moravia. It lies on the both banks of the Ostravice river. Ostravice river divides the city to two parts, Frydek and Mistek. It has about 70 000 inhabitants. We have many shops here. We can buy what we want. We have supermarkets, toy shops, computer shops, department stores.

Young and old people can do many things here. We have many facilities for various activities and sports. For example swimming pools for swimming, stadions or parks for running, a hall for tennis, football, volleyball, roller-skating, skating.

We have two cinemas, many galleries, muzeums and many music clubs. We can visit some exhibitions of paints. We have two libraries here, too. One is in Frýdek and the other is in Místek.

I think that Frýdek-Místek is a beautiful city with nice scenery. We have many reasons for living here. I like Frýdek-Místek very much.
